This pump was removed from a local swimming baths and transported to our workshop for a full refurbishment. Our engineer carried out a complete strip-down, replaced the bearings and other wearable parts. The pump was then rebuilt and fully tested to ensure no issues are present. It was then professionally resprayed to restore its finish and protect against future wear. Once complete, the motor was returned to site and installed by our engineers, ready for continued service.

In collaboration with our long-standing partners — a premier Italian OEM specialising in high-performance compounding systems — we successfully executed a technically challenging mixer plant upgrade for a UK’s large plastic window manufacturing facility. The project scope focused on the decommissioning and replacement of both hot and cold mixers, this critical process equipment is positioned at the heart of the production line and is responsible for the formulation and homogenisation of polymer-based compounds. These mixers represent not only the operational core of the facility but also a single point of failure; as such, the upgrade was conducted under a zero-downtime constraint. This high-impact intervention required:

• Meticulous phased planning, to include a detailed interface and co-ordination with production/engineering teams

• Safe mechanical and electrical removal of legacy equipment and disconnection of all utility services

• End-to-end international logistics, ensuring just-in-time delivery from Italy to minimise storage and handling onsite. The new mixing plant is among the largest in the UK and incorporates advanced features including high-efficiency drive assemblies, optimised rotor/stator geometries, and enhanced control interfaces — resulting in improved batch uniformity, reduced energy consumption, and increased system throughout. We recently carried out a full overhaul of this 45KW motor from a local animal feeds manufacturer. The motor was removed from the customers site and brought back to our workshop, where it underwent a complete strip-down and inspection. All worn components were both repaired and replaced. The unit was rebuilt and fully tested then professionally sprayed. Our team then returned to the customers site, where it was installed and commissioned.

Our team recently carried out a full motor gearbox repair and rewind for an industrial client. The motor was removed from site and returned to our workshop, where it was completely stripped of the stator windings and rewound with new coils. After the rewind, it was rebuilt and professionally resprayed in a metallic grey finish. The motor was then fully tested and returned to site, ready for reliable operation.
